You can have your Vbuddy account deleted at any time. The web app (app.vbuddy.nl) and the Vbuddy mobile app use the same account.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the Vbuddy app and log in.
- Go to Meer (More) → Instellingen (Settings).
- Tap Account verwijderen (Delete account) and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.
Request deletion without the app
Don't have the app (anymore)? Send an email from your account's email address to info@vbuddy.nl with the subject "Delete my Vbuddy account". We will delete your account within one month and confirm by email. We may ask you to verify your identity.
What is deleted
- Your account and login details
- Your profile (transport manager or transport company)
- Documents and files belonging to your account
- Your device token for push notifications
What we must keep
Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices (7 years, tax retention obligation), and the audit log of actions within a connection, is kept no longer than necessary. See the privacy statement for details.
