As of 14 October 2026

This is an English translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch text prevails.

This overview relates to Article 6.4 of Annex 1 (Data Processing Agreement) of the General Terms and Conditions of Vbuddy B.V. It lists the parties that process personal data on behalf of Vbuddy, for what purpose, and where the data is stored or processed.

The app's database and files are stored in the EU (Ireland). Some of our service providers are established in the United States or process data there. Transfers take place only to parties certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or that have accepted the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

Underlying parties

Amazon Web Services (DPF) and Cloudflare (DPF) are used by the parties listed above for infrastructure and network security.

AI service providers

Vbuddy currently does not use any AI service providers. If this changes, this overview will be updated in advance, including confirmation that data is not used to train AI models.

Public sources (not processors)

To look up data, the app consults public registers: KVK (company data), RDW Open Data (vehicle data), NIWO (Community licences) and PDOK/Kadaster (addresses). Only the search data is sent.

Changes

Vbuddy informs clients in advance of any new or replacement sub-processor, so that they can object (Article 6.2 of Annex 1). Questions: info@vbuddy.nl.
